Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
• on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last good, where you have ordered multiple goods in one order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do so by email at:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have:

• received the returned goods, or
• received proof that you have returned the goods,
  whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages where the price has been agreed at the time of conclusion of the contract, but delivery can only take place after 30 days, and the value depends on market fluctuations;
• for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
• for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
