What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time

Within 1–3 business days after placing an order, the order is checked, approved, and carefully packaged. Once completed, the parcel is prepared for dispatch.

2. Delivery time

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Shipping is handled by DPD UK.

All delivery times exclude any potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer than usual.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer complimentary premium shipping on all orders.
This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage during transit.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

You can track your order via the tracking page on our website.
Please select "Track Your Order" from the main menu.

For logistical reasons, orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple parcels.

My tracking number is not working

Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to become available.

If tracking details are still not visible after several days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
